Important Instructions

• Open parcel delivery is not available.
• Customers are requested to make the payment first before opening the parcel.
• Once the parcel is opened and the product is used, changed, or damaged by the customer, the payment will not be refunded.

Eligible Return/Exchange Cases

We only accept returns or exchanges if:
• Wrong product is delivered
• Damaged product is received
• Missing item in parcel
• Product leakage or major packaging damage during delivery

Mandatory Proof Requirement

To claim any return or exchange:
• Customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel.
• The video must start before opening the package and clearly show the parcel condition and products inside.
• Without an unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.

How To Request Return/Exchange

• Contact our support team on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
• Share:

  • Order number

  • Clear unboxing video

  • Product pictures

  • Issue details

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:
• Customer changes mind after opening parcel
• Product has been used or consumed
• No unboxing video is provided
• Complaint is made after 24 hours of delivery
• Damage is caused by customer mishandling

Refund & Replacement

• Approved claims may receive replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the issue.
• Refund processing time may vary depending on payment method.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable.
